is required with all log submissions.

is available on line. It has space for 20 contacts per page, with left
margin reference numbers for convenience. You will have to control the
font size to ensure the tabular form prints properly on your printer.
You may, of course, use your own form (hand or computer entry), so long
as headings conform to those specified in the QSO Party rules.

Reader (free at many sites) to open, view, and print. However, since
